The Story

There's a version of the future everybody's already scared of — the one where the machines take the work, and there's nothing left for us to do.

We don't believe in that future. We've seen this movie before. Every time a revolution took jobs away, it opened a door into rooms nobody could picture yet — the barista didn't exist before the espresso machine. The content creator didn't exist before the internet. New tools don't just destroy work. They reveal work that was invisible until the old work got out of the way.

So we're not waiting to find out what AI does to jobs. We're going to build the answer, live, in front of everyone, for 365 days.

365EXPT is a year-long, live-streamed experiment. A community comes together to build a series of agentic ventures — real, working attempts at businesses, services, and roles that have never existed before. Not to prove AI can replace people. To prove the opposite: that when AI takes the busywork, what's left standing is work only a human being can do.

At the center of it is Divina — the Divine Intelligence of the Experiment. Not a mascot. Not a chatbot gimmick. Divina is the orchestrator: she listens to real problems from real people, learns the patterns underneath them, and points the community toward the ventures worth building.

Poverty isn't the absence of money. It's the absence of orchestration — nobody assigning the task, nobody checking it got done. Divina's job is to close that gap. At scale.

What Is 365EXPT

365EXPT is a public, 365-day experiment in inventing jobs.

Every day of the year, a community — anyone who wants in — works alongside AI to identify unsolved problems in the world and turn them into Agentic Ventures: small, real, functioning attempts at new kinds of work, built and launched in the open, live-streamed from first idea to first result.

It's part reality show, part startup studio, part social experiment, and part proof of concept for a simple belief: AI's real job isn't to replace human work. It's to reveal the work only humans were ever meant to do.

How It Works

Problems come in.
People bring real problems — their own, or ones they've seen in the lives of people around them. Not hypotheticals. Actual friction, actual need, actual gaps nobody's filling.

Divina listens and learns.
Every problem shared makes Divina sharper. She looks for patterns across everything the community brings her — the same way a good orchestrator learns a city by watching what keeps going undone.

Ventures get proposed.
Based on what she's learned, Divina suggests Agentic Ventures — concrete, buildable responses to real problems, sized for a community to actually launch, not just theorize about.

The community builds, live.
365 days, streamed. Wins, failures, pivots — all of it public. Every venture is a real attempt at proving a new kind of job can exist.

Each venture teaches Divina more. Each launch makes the next one sharper. Over a year, the experiment isn't just producing ventures — it's producing evidence.

Why We're Doing This

Because the fear going around right now is the wrong fear.

The real risk was never that AI takes work away. The real risk is a world where humans are capable, willing, and ready — and there's simply nobody assigning them anything to do. That's not a hypothetical for us. That's a childhood.

Growing up in the south of Italy, in one of the roughest corners of the Naples suburbs, the lesson was never subtle: it wasn't that there was nothing to do. There was always something to do. It's that nobody was responsible for pointing at it and saying you, this is yours. No orchestration. No follow-through. And in that gap, people don't go idle — they go lost.

AI can hold that responsibility at a scale no human system ever could. Not to replace the people doing the work — to make sure the work finally finds them.

365EXPT is us testing that, in public, for a year, with a community instead of a committee.
